My name is Abigail Lacey and I'm a real-life hairstylist, extension specialist, salon owner, and mom—and I get it! I understand how frustrating it is when a client texts saying her extensions are shedding. I know what it's like to stack up to six wefts on a row just to give the density they're after. I get that the extra time and product spent coloring wefts isn't always factored into your pricing, cutting into your profit and keeping you in the salon, away from your family because of those extra hours. You end the day so grateful for your extension guest but feel exhausted, and start wondering if it was even worth it.
